Head Lamp Aiming Instructions
Alternately turn the adjusting gear to adjust the head lamp aiming. If beam-setting equipment is not available, proceed as follows
- Inflate the tires to the specified pressure and remove any loads from the vehicle except the driver, spare tire, and tools.
- The vehicle should be placed on a flat floor.
- Check the suspension spring.
- Draw vertical lines (Vertical lines passing through respective head lamp centers) and a horizontal line (Horizontal line passing through center of head lamps) on the screen.
- With the head lamp and battery in normal condition, aim the head lamps so the brightest portion falls on the vertical lines. Make vertical adjustments (A) to the lower beam using the adjusting wheel.
Front Fog Lamp Aiming
The front fog lamps should be aimed as the same manner used to adjust the head lamps.
With the front fog lamps and battery normal condition, aim the front fog lamps by turning the adjusting gear (A).

- Turn the low beam on with driver. The cut-off line should be projected in the allowable range (shaded region). If head lamp leveling device is equipped, adjust the head lamp leveling device switch with 0 positions. * In case of high beam, head lamp do not need aiming with proper beam-setting equipment.
- Turn the front fog lamp on with driver.
The cut-off line should be projected in the allowable range (shaded region)

- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove front lamp assembly.
- Remove the socket in a counterclockwise direction.
- Replace the bulb (A).

- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the rear lamp assembly (A) after removing the mounting screw (3 EA) and connector.
- Remove the socket in a counterclockwise direction and replace the bulbs.

- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Detach the lamp lens from the room lamp with a flat-tip screwdriver (-) then replace the bulb.
- Pull the bulb down and replace it with a new one. NOTE: Take care that holding clip (A) is not to be damaged.
- Installation is the reverse of removal.

- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Replace the bulb after removing the lens with a flat-tip screwdriver.
- Remove the bulb and replace it with a new one

- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Replace the bulb (A) after removing the lens with a flat-tip screwdriver.
- Remove the bulb and replace it with a new one.

- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the front lamp assembly.
- Remove connector and the socket in a counterclockwise direction.
- Remove the bulb (A) and replace it with a new one.
Scheme 17
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the license plate lamp cover mounting screw with a flat-tip screwdriver.
- Pull the bulb (B) down and replace it with a new one.
Scheme 18
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Open the tail gate and disconnect the high mounted stop lamp mounting bolts (3 EA). And then remove the high mounted stop lamp (A).
- Installation is the reverse of removal.
