G20 & QX4

1. Loosen air relief plug located on upper heater hose, next to firewall. Fill radiator with coolant until coolant escapes from relief plug. Close air relief plug. Fill radiator and reservoir to maximum. Install radiator cap.
2. Start engine and warm to normal operating temperature. Increase engine speed to 3000 RPM and hold for 10 second, then repeat 2 to 3 times. Observing coolant temperature gauge for signs of overheating. Stop engine and allow it to cool. Fill radiator and reservoir with coolant.

1. Fill radiator and reservoir with coolant. Install radiator cap. Start engine and warm to normal operating temperature.
2. Run engine at 2,500 rpm for 10 seconds. return to idle speed. Repeat 2-3, observing coolant temperature gauge for signs of overheating. Stop engine and allow it to cool. Fill radiator and reservoir with coolant.

Fill radiator and reservoir to maximum. Install radiator cap. Start engine and warm to normal operating temperature.
