Warning For Treating Cables

  1. Follow permitted bending (over 25°) - don't bend or curve.
  2. Follow permitted temperature (-40°C ~ 85°C)
  3. Prevention input dust Just before assemble each unit and a inline connector. Remove a dust cap.
  4. Prevention pollution Don't touch and polluted at the end part of the Peril .
  5. Prevention damage Not to throw and tread on. Don't pull the cables excessively.
  6. Prevention damage Don't twist.

Dusting Way On The Grinding Surface Of Cables

  1. Purpose: cleaning up POF grinding surface due to breakaway of a dust cap or by others. (recovering optical damage)
  2. Method: spray POF grinding surface with strong dusting spray after separate the cable connector from the unit.
  3. Needed tools: strong dusting spray 1EA

  1. Prepare tools for the work.
  2. Separate the cable connector from the unit.
  3. Reassemble them after jet a strong dusting spray on the POF grinding surface.

  1. Purpose: changing single connector due to outer shock or unskilled treatment.
  2. Method: change the connector after divide by lifting damaged connector up using rework key.
  3. Needed tools: rework key 1EA, one single connector for change.

  3. Divide the locked part of the cable connector lifting it up by rework key.

Scheme 33: Changing Way The Cable Assembly
  1. Purpose: changing the defective assembly due to picking, breaking and others.
  2. Method: change into new cable assembly after remove from car body by cutting cable and remove damaged cable connector.

  3. Change into new cable assembly after cutting cable assembly and separate from the car body. (must be needed re-locking)
