- Disconnect the connectors for each motor.
- With the battery connected directly to the motor terminals, check if the motors run smoothly.
- Reverse the connections and check that the motor turns in reverse.
- If there is an abnormality, replace the motors.
Description
The electronic active headrest is designed to trigger the headrest forward and upward when impact sensor detects a rear (or front) impact.
This helps to prevent the driver's and front passenger's heads from moving backward and thus helps minimize neck injuries.

- How to reassemble the Headrest which was released by rear (or front) Impact.
- How to unlock the trigger in case of trigger is locked. Normally, the trigger position is unlocking. If the position of Trigger is changed by outside impact or by hand, the trigger can't return to the unlocking position. For the change of the trigger position (locking --> unlocking), Input the 12V. at connector (A) and push the trigger.
- How to check whether installation is completed between the headrest and wiring connector. Check for continuity and measure the resistance between No. 17 and NO.20 terminals. Standard value: 2.25ohms ~ 2.75ohms If measured resistance between No. 17 and NO.20 terminals is in standard value, please check the below items. Measure the resistance of connector (A). Standard value: 2.0ohms ~ 2.4ohms Check for continuity between the wiring and elevator system connector after removing the back panel of seat.
- A method of separating the headrest Move the headrest to the top. Press the covering in order for, a lower part of the left headrest guide, separation preventing spring pin to be visible. With the tool that (ball-paint pen or auger) the end is sharp-pointed, Press the groove of the guide and remove the spring pin. Move the H/rest more than 10mm upward and Re-assembles the spring pin and separate the headrest. When separate headrest reassembling, the condition of the spring pin is inserted, assemble the headrest without additional work. When separating the spring pin, there is a possibility the guide circumference covering being caught. Accordingly it is timulated to be flat with right and left, the portion which is caught. CAUTION: After separate the headrest when the spring pin re-assembling, normal assembly is impossible due to separate spring pin. Therefore the stay part must inserted from the situation the spring pin is inserted. When the separation preventing spring pin is assembled, headrest assembly is possible.

Comparing with the seat heat function by the existing thermac rays, Climate Control Seat functions the heating, cooling, dehumidifying by using TED.
It inhales the indoor air through the blower installed at the seat cushion lower part, and supplies the air into the seat cushion and the seat back through the duct.
It heats or cools the air supplied from TED set up at the tip of the duct.
It sends a slight heated or cooled air throughout the seat surface through the air channel set up at seat cushion and seat back.
Note. TED is the exchange system with heat and electricity. It can be used anywhere in case of accomplishing heating and cooling at once, if necessary generation by using heating sources. It is the next generation cooling system which can substitutes for the compressor cooling system. It can simply generate heating and cooling at once through the electric poles conversion, and also keep a steady temperature through cooling and heating an object between -30°C and +150°C.
