- Remove idle speed actuator. Remove air intake hose connected to throttle body. Remove accelerator cable. Remove water hose and throttle body. NOTE: Label all wiring, hoses, cables and brackets before removal.
- Remove PCV hose and brake booster vacuum hoses. Disconnect vacuum hose connections. Disconnect high pressure fuel hose. Remove plenum stay. Remove plenum assembly and gasket. Disconnect fuel injector harness connector. CAUTION: DO NOT drop injectors when removing delivery pipe.
- Remove delivery pipe with fuel injectors and pressure regulator attached. Remove insulator from intake manifold, and disconnect heater hose. Remove intake manifold. To install, reverse removal procedure.
