Shift Lock Solenoid Replacement

  1. Remove the shift lever assembly (see «SHIFT LEVER REMOVAL»(ref-174017-S07766438462005050600000) ).
  2. Remove the screws (A) securing the shift lock solenoid (B), then remove the shift lock solenoid.
  3. Install the shift lock solenoid plunger (C) and plunger spring (D) in the new shift lock solenoid.
  4. Install the shift lock solenoid by aligning the joint of the shift lock solenoid with the tip of the shift lock extension (E), then tighten the screws.
  5. Install the shift lever assembly (see «SHIFT LEVER INSTALLATION»(ref-174017-S02810912332005050600000) ).
