1. Remove the side trim panel (see «TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - REAR SIDE AREA»(ref-217116-S17508851652006012800000) ).
2. Pull back the rear part of the carpet, as necessary.
3. Detach the floor wire harness clip (A), and remove seat cushion clip (B).
4. Remove the bolts (C, D) and nut (E), then remove the middle cross-member gusset (F).
5. Install the gusset in the reverse order of removal. When installing the mounting bolts for the middle cross-member gusset (A), torque the mounting hardware in the sequence shown below. If the mounting bolts are not torqued in this sequence, damage to the quarter panel will occur.
