Brake & Clutch Release Switch/valve Adjustment GMC Typhoon I

Fully depress and hold brake pedal. Push switch/valve assembly through retainer and pedal bracket hole until fully seated. (Схема №3) Clicking should be heard as switch/valve assembly is pushed into bracket. Pull pedal fully rearward against pedal stop until clicking stops. Release pedal. Pull pedal fully rearward again to ensure no clicking can be heard.

TESTING

Note. Intermittent or incorrect operation of system may be caused by a problem in vacuum system. However, perform electrical system testing first. If electrical system testing specifies replacement of component, perform vacuum system testing before replacing component. Also, if system operates intermittently, the cruise control switch wires may be pinched where they exit the multifunction lever. If wires are pinched, replace multifunction lever with a new service multifunction lever (25111290) designed to prevent pinching.
