Put floor jack or vehicle hoist under vehicle at proper lifting points. (Scheme 6) If raising vehicle on a twin-post hoist, do not damage suspension components, rear axle cover, or steering linkage.

MODEL IDENTIFICATION
In this article, vehicle models are designated by series letter, which is the fifth character of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The VIN is stamped on a metal pad on top left end of instrument panel, near windshield. See MODEL IDENTIFICATION table.
