ADJUSTMENTS
Note. Prior to performing wheel alignment, perform preliminary visual and mechanical inspection of wheels, tires and suspension components. See PRE-ALIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS in WHEEL ALIGNMENT THEORY/OPERATION article in GENERAL INFORMATION section.
Note. To prevent incorrect alignment reading, bounce vehicle several times before inspecting.
CAMBER ADJUSTMENT
Note. Strut-to-knuckle mounting bolt holes may be slightly enlarged to attain some camber adjustment.
Front and rear camber cannot be adjusted. If camber is not within specification, check for damaged, loose, bent, dented or worn suspension parts. See ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS .
CASTER ADJUSTMENT
Front and rear caster cannot be adjusted. If caster is not within specification, check for damaged, loose, bent, dented or worn suspension parts. See ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS .
TOE-IN ADJUSTMENT (FRONT)
- Adjust front wheel toe-in by changing tie rod length. Loosen rack boot clamps (small end), and slide clamps from boot. Loosen right and left tie rod end lock nuts.
- Turn right and left tie rods same amount to adjust toe-in to specification. See «ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-52953-S05595910472001011800000). Tighten tie rod end nuts to specification. See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-52953-S41984528322001011800000). Dimension "A" should be the same on left and right tie rods. (Scheme 1)

TOE-IN ADJUSTMENT (REAR)
Adjust toe-in by changing lateral link length. Loosen right and left lateral link lock nuts. (Scheme 2) Turn right and left lateral links evenly to set toe-in to specification. See ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS. Tighten lateral link lock nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS.
