- Disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal.
- Remove the accelerator pedal pivot bolt and the accelerator pedal. To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.

- Remove the 2 bolts and the accelerator control splash shield. To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).
- Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle lever.
- Depress the tabs and remove the accelerator cable from the intake manifold.
- Disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal.
- Depress the tabs and remove the accelerator cable from the vehicle.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.

- Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle lever.
- Depress the tabs and remove the accelerator cable from the accelerator cable bracket.
- Disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal.
- Depress the clips and remove the accelerator cable from the vehicle.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
