Removal & Installation 2.0L
Disconnect the battery ground cable. Disconnect the cooling fan motor electrical connectors. Remove the 2 wire loom pin-type retainers. Raise and support the vehicle. Do not use excessive force to release the cooling fan motor and shroud. Release the top clips of the radiator to allow the cooling fan motor and shroud to be raised. Remove the fan and shroud. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Note. The fan shroud and electric cooling fans are serviced as an assembly.
With the vehicle in Neutral, position it on a hoist. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Disconnect the dual electric cooling fan electrical connectors. Lift and remove the cooling fan motors and shroud from the retainer brackets and lower from the vehicle. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
