REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
Note. For removal and installation procedures of modules referred to in this article, except Anti-Theft Personality (RAP) module, see appropriate articles.
| CAUTION | It is necessary to upload module configuration to New Generation STAR (NGS) tester, or equivalent scan tool, prior to module replacement. Download configuration after new module is installed. |
Disconnect battery ground cable. Disconnect RAP module electrical connectors (Black 22-pin and Black 26-pin). Remove nuts and RAP module. To install, reverse removal procedure.
