Forward Collision Warning

The forward collision warning system consists of the following components

  1. Head Up Display (HUD) module
  2. Radar sensor (integral to the Cruise-Control Module (C-CM))
  3. Body Control Module (BCM)
  4. Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC)

The forward collision warning system alerts the driver of a collision risk with a red warning LED indicator bar located above the instrument panel known as the HUD module and an audible warning chime from the IPC.
