  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to «JACKING & LIFTING»(ref-210109) .
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  3. Disconnect the camshaft position (CMP) sensor electrical connector.
  4. Remove the bolt and the CMP sensor.
  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor

  2. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  3. Remove the bolt and position the ground cable aside.
  4. Disconnect the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor electrical connector.
  5. Remove the bolt and the CKP sensor.
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Partially drain the cooling system.
  3. Remove the retainers and the air deflector.
  4. Remove the power steering reservoir bracket retainers.
  5. Remove the power steering fluid indicator and retainers. Remove the power steering reservoir bracket. Install the power steering indicator and position aside.
  6. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the air cleaner outlet pipe.
  7. Loosen the clamps and remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.
  8. Loosen the clamps and remove the charge air cooler (CAC) pipe.
  9. Disconnect the engine coolant temperature (ECT) electrical connector.
  10. Remove the ECT sensor.
  11. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Fill and bleed the engine cooling system. For additional information refer to «ENGINE COOLING»(ref-210139) .

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Remove the turbocharger inlet tube. For additional information, refer to «FUEL CHARGING & CONTROLS-TURBOCHARGER»(ref-210143) .
  3. Loosen the clamps and remove the charge air cooler duct.
  4. Remove the bolts and position the turbocharger oil tube aside. Remove and discard the gasket.
  5. Disconnect the engine oil pressure (EOP) switch electrical connector.
  6. Remove the EOP switch.
  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Install a new turbocharger oil tube gasket.

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Remove the engine cover. For additional information, refer to «INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION»(ref-210204) .
  3. Disconnect the exhaust back pressure (EBP) sensor electrical connector.
  4. Remove the EBP sensor.
  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Remove the bolts and position the degas bottle aside.
  3. Disconnect the fuel injector control module (FICM) electrical connectors. Position the wiring harness aside.
  4. Disconnect the bulkhead connector and position aside.
  5. Remove the bolts and the fuel injector control module (FICM).
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Remove the retainers and the air deflector.
  3. Remove the power steering reservoir bracket retainers.
  4. Remove the power steering fluid indicator and retainers. Remove the power steering reservoir bracket. Install the power steering indicator and position aside.
  5. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the air cleaner outlet tube.
  6. Loosen the clamps and remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.
  7. Loosen the clamps and remove the charge air cooler (CAC) pipe.
  8. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) electrical connector.
  9. Remove the IAT sensor.
  10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Disconnect the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor. Disconnect the pressure hose. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  3. Remove the mounting screws and the MAP sensor.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Disconnect the mass airflow (MAF) sensor electrical connector.
  3. Remove the screws and the MAF sensor.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Remove the engine cover. For additional information, refer to «INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION»(ref-210204) .
  3. Loosen the CAC tube clamps.
  4. Remove the bolt and position the ground wire aside. Disconnect the electrical connector push pin.
  5. Remove the conduit and position the wiring aside. Disconnect the locking tab. Remove the bolts. Disconnect the push pin and remove the wiring harness.
  6. Remove the bolts for the charge air cooler tube and the oil fill tube.
  7. Disconnect and remove the oil fill tube at the valve cover.
  8. Remove the retaining nuts, charge air cooler tube, oil fill tube and bracket.
  9. Disconnect the engine oil temperature (EOT) sensor.
  10. Remove the EOT sensor.
  11. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  8. Remove the bolt and PCM.

  1. Remove the engine cover. For additional information, refer to «INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION»(ref-210204) .
  2. Disconnect the turbocharger variable vane hydraulic control valve electrical connector.
  3. Remove the bolt, bracket and the turbocharger variable vane hydraulic control valve.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Apply clean engine oil to the O-ring seals prior to installing.
