DESCRIPTION & OPERATION
Power seat can be adjusted in 6 different directions: up, down, forward, back, tilt forward, or tilt rearward. The power seat system receives battery power through a 20-amp circuit breaker in the junction block. Battery voltage is available to power seat system at all times. A 6-way switch directs power to 3 permanent-magnet reversible motors. The motors are coupled through cables to worm gear box assemblies located in the seat tracks, providing the various seat movements.
