- Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable at battery.
- Remove engine cover.
- Remove electrical connector (3).
- Remove mounting bolt (1) and ignition capacitor (2).
Scheme 2
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove nut and capacitor.
Scheme 3
The ignition capacitor is located under the intake manifold on the drivers side of the engine.
- Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable at battery.
- Remove electrical connector (3).
- Remove mounting bolt (1) and ignition capacitor (2).
Scheme 4
The ignition capacitor is located on the drivers side of the engine.
- Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable at battery.
- Remove electrical connector (3).
- Remove mounting bolt (1) and ignition capacitor (2).
