With the ignition on.

SET CONDITION

The Blind Spot Sensor detects an internal failure.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

The Blind Spot Sensor detects an internal failure.

Possible Causes

With the ignition on.

The Blind Spot Sensor detects an invalid calibration.

With the ignition on.

LEFT BLIND SPOT SENSOR (LBSS)

The Blind Spot Sensor detects an open on the Blind Spot Indicator Driver circuit.

DRIVER OUTSIDE REARVIEW MIRROR
BLIND SPOT SENSOR

B12A2-00-LBSS RADAR SENSOR ADDRESS FAULT

With the ignition on.

This DTC will set if the Blind Spot Sensor detects an extra ground circuit in the harness connector.

Possible Causes
LEFT BLIND SPOT SENSOR (LBSS)

With the ignition on.

Blind Spot Sensor supply voltage less than 9.5 volts.

Possible Causes
FUSED IGNITION OUTPUT CIRCUIT EXCESSIVE RESISTANCE
GROUND CIRCUIT EXCESSIVE RESISTANCE
VEHICLE CHARGING SYSTEM
BLIND SPOT SENSOR

With the ignition on.

Blind Spot Sensor supply voltage greater than 16.0 volts.

With the ignition on.

This DTC will set if the vehicle type is not identified or incorrectly identified.

Possible Causes
INCORRECT VEHICLE CONFIGURATION IN THE BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM)

Ignition run time is greater than one second. Battery voltage between 9 and 16 volts. Engine run time greater than three seconds.

Bus messages not received from the Body Control Module (BCM) for greater than 1 second.

Possible Causes
CAN B BUS CIRCUITS OPEN OR SHORTED
DTCS RELATED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE, IGNITION, OR VIN MESSAGES
BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) POWER AND GROUND
BCM NOT PROXIED CORRECTLY
BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM)
MODULE THAT SET THIS DTC

Continuously when the ignition is on.

The battery voltage between 10.0 and 16.0 Volts.

Body Control Module (BCM) is configured correctly.

Bus messages not received from the Body Control Module (BCM) for approximately two to five seconds.

Possible Causes
CAN BUS CIRCUITS OPEN OR SHORTED
DTCS RELATED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE, IGNITION, OR VIN MESSAGES
BODY CONTROL MODULE POWER AND GROUND
BCM NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY
BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM)
MODULE THAT SET THIS DTC

Continuously when the ignition is on.

Battery voltage between 10 and 16 volts.

Body Control Module (BCM) is configured correctly.

Bus messages not received from the Instrument Cluster (IC) for approximately two to five seconds.

Possible Causes
CAN C BUS (+) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
CAN C BUS (-) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
INSTRUMENT CLUSTER (IC) POWER AND GROUND
BCM NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY
INSTRUMENT CLUSTER (IC)
MODULE THAT SET THIS DTC

Continuously when the ignition is on.

Battery voltage between 10 and 16 volts.

Body Control Module (BCM) is configured correctly.

Bus messages not received from the Radio for approximately two to five seconds.

Possible Causes
CAN IHS BUS (125K) (+) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
CAN IHS BUS (125K) (-) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
RADIO POWER AND GROUND
BCM NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY
RADIO
MODULE THAT SET THIS DTC

With the ignition on.

Incorrect data received from the Body Control Module (BCM).

Possible Causes
NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM)
DTCS STORED OR ACTIVE IN THE BCM
BLIND SPOT SENSORS

With the ignition on.

Incorrect data received from the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC).

Possible Causes
NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER (IPC)
DTCS STORED OR ACTIVE IN THE IPC
INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER (IPC)

With the ignition on.

Incorrect data received from the Radio.

Possible Causes
NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE RADIO
DTCS STORED OR ACTIVE IN THE RADIO
RADIO

U11FA-00-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH RIGHT BLIND SPOT SENSOR

CAN IHS BUS CIRCUITS OPEN
RIGHT BLIND SPOT SENSOR (RBSS)

U147D-00-IMPLAUSIBLE DATA RECEIVED FROM RIGHT BLIND SPOT SENSOR
