Center Stack Screen Module - Electrical Diagnostics: Other Dodge Charger VI

B11E7-00-HVAC SWITCH BANK DISCONNECTED

WHEN MONITORED

With the ignition on.

SET CONDITION

The Integrated Center Stack (ICS) detects that the 40-Way connector is disconnected for greater than 10 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

Possible Causes
BAD CONNECTION AT THE 40-WAY CONNECTOR
HVAC/ AUDIO SWITCH BANK
INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS) SCREEN MODULE

B11E8-2A-HVAC/AUDIO LOWER SWITCH BANK BUTTON(S) STUCK

For a complete wiring diagram, refer to appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article .

With the ignition on.

The Integrated Center Stack (ICS) detects a closed switch for 120 seconds on the HVAC / Audio Switch Bank.

Possible Causes
HVAC/ AUDIO SWITCH BANK

B156C-2A-CENTER STACK SWITCH BANK BUTTON(S) STUCK

With the ignition on.

The Integrated Center Stack (ICS) detects a closed switch for 120 seconds.

Possible Causes
INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS) SCREEN MODULE

B156D-00-LOW VOLTAGE DIFFERENTIAL SIGNAL (LVDS) VIDEO CABLE

With the ignition on.

The Integrated Center Stack (ICS) detects that the Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) Video Cable is disconnected for greater than 10 seconds.

Possible Causes
LOW VOLTAGE DIFFERENTIAL SIGNAL (LVDS) VIDEO CABLE DISCONNECTED OR DAMAGED
TELEMATICS GATEWAY (TGW)
INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS) SCREEN MODULE

B156E-4B-INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS) - OVER TEMPERATURE

With the ignition on.

The Integrated Center Stack (ICS) Screen Module exceeds its operating temperature limit.

Possible Causes
INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS) SCREEN MODULE HIGH TEMPERATURE

With the ignition on.

The Integrated Center Stack (ICS) detects that the Passenger Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) Video Cable is disconnected for greater than 10 seconds.

Possible Causes
PASSENGER LOW VOLTAGE DIFFERENTIAL SIGNAL (LVDS) VIDEO CABLE DISCONNECTED OR DAMAGED
TELEMATICS GATEWAY (TGW)
INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS) SCREEN MODULE

B210D-16-BATTERY VOLTAGE LOW - CIRCUIT VOLTAGE BELOW THRESHOLD

With the ignition on.

The ICS monitors the input voltage. This Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is set when the input voltage is below 9 volts for greater than three seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
(A937) FUSED B(+) CIRCUIT OPEN OR EXCESSIVE RESISTANCE
(Z907) GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN OR EXCESSIVE RESISTANCE
CHARGING SYSTEM CONCERN
INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS) SCREEN MODULE

B210E-17-BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH - CIRCUIT VOLTAGE ABOVE THRESHOLD

With the ignition on.

The ICS monitors the input voltage. This Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is set when the input voltage is above 17 volts for greater than 3 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
CHARGING SYSTEM CONCERN
INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS) SCREEN MODULE

Continuously when the ignition is on.

The battery voltage between 10.0 and 16.0 Volts.

Telematics Gateway (TGW) is configured correctly.

Bus messages not received from the Telematics Gateway (TGW) for approximately 10 seconds.

Possible Causes
CAN-AT BUS CIRCUITS OPEN OR SHORTED
DTCS RELATED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE, IGNITION, OR VIN MESSAGES
TELEMATICS GATEWAY POWER AND GROUND
TGW NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY
TELEMATICS GATEWAY (TGW)
MODULE THAT SET THIS DTC

Continuously when the ignition is on.

The battery voltage is between 10 and 16 volts.

Telematics Gateway (TGW) is configured correctly.

Bus messages not received from the Audio Amplifier for approximately ten seconds.

Possible Causes
CAN BUS CIRCUITS OPEN OR SHORTED
DTCS RELATED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE, IGNITION, OR VIN MESSAGES
AMPLIFIER POWER AND GROUND
TGW NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY
AMPLIFIER
MODULE THAT SET THIS DTC

Continuously when the ignition is on.

The battery voltage is between 10 and 16 volts.

Telematics Gateway (TGW) is configured correctly.

Bus messages not received from the Hands Free Module (HFM) for approximately ten seconds.

Possible Causes
CAN-AT BUS CIRCUITS OPEN OR SHORTED
DTCS RELATED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE, IGNITION, OR VIN MESSAGES
HANDS FREE MODULE POWER AND GROUND
TGW NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY
HANDS FREE MODULE
MODULE THAT SET THIS DTC

U103A-00 CAN-AT (AUDIO AND TELEMATICS) BUS

For a complete wiring diagram, refer to appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article .

Continuously when the ignition is on.

Battery voltage between 10 and 16 volts.

The controller detects a short to ground on the CAN-AT Bus (+) circuit or a short to voltage on the CAN-AT Bus (-) circuit.

Possible Causes
(D467) CAN-AT BUS(+) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
(D466) CAN-AT BUS(-) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(D466) CAN-AT BUS(-) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE (D467) CAN-AT BUS(+) CIRCUIT
TELEMATICS GATEWAY (TGW)
ANY CAN-AT BUS MODULE

Continuously when the ignition is on.

Battery voltage between 10 and 16 volts.

The controller detects a short to ground on the CAN AT Bus (+) circuit or a short to voltage on the CAN AT Bus (-) circuit.

Possible Causes
(D467) CAN-AT BUS (+) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
(D466) CAN-AT BUS (-) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(D466) CAN-AT BUS (-) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE (D467) CAN-AT BUS (+) CIRCUIT
TELEMATICS GATEWAY MODULE (TGW)
ANY CAN AT BUS MODULE

U11B8-00 LOST COMMUNICATION WITH INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS)

Continuously when the ignition is on.

The battery voltage is between 10 and 16 volts.

Telematics Gateway (TGW) is configured correctly.

Bus messages not received from the Integrated Center Stack (ICS) for approximately ten seconds.

Possible Causes
CAN BUS CIRCUITS OPEN OR SHORTED
DTCS RELATED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE, IGNITION, OR VIN MESSAGES
INTEGRATED CENTER STACK POWER AND GROUND
TGW NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY
INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS)
MODULE THAT SET THIS DTC
