BELT ADJUSTMENT
Note. For belt routing on models not covered in this article, information was not available. See underhood label for proper belt routing.
Belts should be adjusted to proper tension using belt tension gauge. See BELT ADJUSTMENT SPECIFICATIONS table. Some models may be equipped with an automatic belt tensioner. Ensure serpentine belts are routed properly. (Scheme 2)- (Scheme 9).
