REMOVAL
- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Remove the door trim panel. Refer to «REMOVAL»(ref-305774-S06626824782008120200000) .
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Remove the mounting fasteners and remove the module.
INSTALLATION
Note. The C2 connector of the driver door module must be connected prior to the C1 connector. If this is not done, the scan tool will report multiple passenger door modules. In order to correct this situation, remove fuse #36 for approximately 30 seconds and reinstall the fuse.
- Install the module and mounting fasteners.
- Connect the electrical connectors.
- Install the door trim panel. Refer to «INSTALLATION»(ref-305774-S40736175972008120200000) .
- Connect the battery negative cable.

The ECM (3) is located in the left side of engine compartment attached to the left inner fender below the air filter housing.
