Removing
Disconnect the battery negative terminal
Remove the injection pump (see the relevant operation)
Carefully block the high pressure outlets
Position the injection pump on the tool [1]
Remove bolts (1) detach: the connector
Insert the tool [3] in the module (3)
Using tool [2] drill the screw (2) - depth X = 3 mm max
Support the tool [3] using a 10 mm open-ended spanner
Remove the tool [3]
Position the tool [4] in the drilled head of the bolt (2)
Position the tool [5] in the tool [4]
Remove
- The (2) bolt using a 11 mm open-ended spanner
- The washer
Bolts (right hand side): proceed as previously
Detach: the coded anti-start module (3)
Remove: the cap (4)
Remove
- The nut (5)
- The coded anti-start module (3)
- The semi-clamp (6)
WarningCarefully clean the injection pump of any swarf
NoteElectric stop: tightening torque 2 ± 0,5 daNm
Refitting
Reposition
- The semi-clamp (6)
- The supply wire of the electric stop
Fit
- The nut (5)
- The cap (4)
Engage: the coded anti-start module (3)
WarningConditions which must be followed
Tightening conditions
- Finger-tighten the 2 bolts (7) 4 turns
- Tighten the screw completely by hand (on the L.H. and RH sides)
- Tighten: the bolt (right hand side) - tightening torque to 0,2 da.Nm
- Tighten the bolts to 0,3 m.daN (on the L.H. and RH sides)
- Tighten the bolts to 0,5 m.daN (on the L.H. and RH sides)
- Then tighten until it shears (on the L.H. and RH sides)
Re-connect the connector
Fit the bolt (1)
Remove the tool [1]
Reinstall the injection pump (see the relevant operation)
Time the injection pump (see the relevant operation)
Reconnect the battery negative terminal
After fitting a new module, the module must be initialised

Confirmation of the code
- The new code is memorised temporarily in the module's memory
- The code will only be permanently confirmed after a locking operation followed by an unlocking operation using the same code
