  1. MECHANICAL CONDITION NOTE: Diagnose and repair any Wireless Ignition Node (WIN) DTCs before continuing. An inoperative Key Fobik or WIN can cause a No Crank Condition. NOTE: Diagnose and repair any Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) DTCs before continuing. NOTE: Diagnose and repair any Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM) DTCs before continuing. NOTE: Verify the battery is fully charged and capable of passing a load test before continuing. WARNING: Make sure the battery is disconnected, then wait two minutes before proceeding. Failure to do so may result in possible serious or fatal injury. Turn the engine over by hand to make sure the engine is not seized. Is the engine able to turn over? Yes Go To 2 No Repair the mechanical condition preventing the starter motor from cranking. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article.
  2. PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION Place the transmission in PARK. With the scan tool, read the Park Neutral Switch Filtered Switch State. NOTE: With the transmissions in PARK, the scan tool Park Neutral Switch Filtered Switch State should be On. Does the scan tool Park Neutral Switch Filtered Switch State equal the specified value? Yes Go To 3 No Adjust the shift cable in accordance with the Service Information. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .
  3. EXCESSIVE RESISTANCE IN THE BATTERY CIRCUIT Turn the ignition off. Check the Battery Cables for excessive resistance in accordance with the Service Information. Did either Battery Cable have a voltage drop greater than 0.2 of a Volt? Yes Repair the excessive resistance in the Battery circuit. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 4
  4. TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (TIPM) Remove the Starter Relay from the TIPM. Using a 12-volt test light connected to ground, check the Starter Relay B+ circuit in the TIPM. NOTE: The test light must illuminate brightly. Compare the brightness to that of a direct connector to the battery. Does the test lamp illuminate brightly? Yes Go To 5 No Replace the TIPM in accordance with the Service Information. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .
  5. TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (TIPM) Have an assistant place the ignition in the CRANK position. Using a 12-volt test light connected to ground, check the Starter Coil Driver in the TIPM with the ignition in the CRANK position. NOTE: The test light must illuminate brightly. Compare the brightness to that of a direct connector to the battery. Does the test lamp illuminate brightly? Yes Go To 6 No Replace the TIPM in accordance with the Service Information. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .
  6. (T750) STARTER RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT CHECK Turn the ignition on. Measure the voltage between the (T750) Starter Relay Control circuit and ground. Is the voltage above 1.0 Volt? Yes Go To 10 No Go To 7
  7. (T750) STARTER RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT CHECK Connect a 12-volt test lamp between the Starter Coil Driver and the (T750) Starter Relay Control circuit in the TIPM. While observing the 12-volt test light, cycle the ignition from OFF to the CRANK position. NOTE: The test lamp should be off with the ignition OFF and illuminate brightly with the ignition in the CRANK position. Compare the brightness to that of a direct connector to the battery. Does the test lamp cycle from off to illuminating brightly? Yes Go To 8 No Go To 11
  8. (T750) STARTER RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE Turn the ignition off. Install the Starter Relay in the TIPM. Disconnect the Starter Solenoid harness connector. Turn the ignition on. Measure the voltage between the (T750) Starter Relay Output circuit and ground. Is the voltage above 1.0 Volt? Yes Repair the short to voltage in the (T750) Starter Relay Output circuit. If the (T750) Starter Relay Output circuit tests normal, replace the Starter Relay in accordance with the Service Information. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article. . No Go To 9
  9. (T750) STARTER RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT CHECK Connect a 12-volt test lamp between the (T750) Starter Relay Output circuit and ground. While observing the 12-volt test light, place the ignition in the CRANK position. NOTE: The test light must illuminate brightly. Compare the brightness to that of a direct connector to the battery. Does the test lamp illuminate brightly? Yes Replace the Starter in accordance with the Service Information. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 13
  10. (T750) STARTER RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE Turn the ignition off. Disconnect the PCM C3 harness connector. Turn the ignition on. Measure the voltage between the (T750) Starter Relay Control circuit and ground in the PCM harness connector. Is the voltage above 1.0 Volt? Yes Repair the short to voltage in the (T750) Starter Relay Control circuit. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 15
  11. (T750) STARTER RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND Turn the ignition off. Disconnect the PCM C3 harness connector. Measure the resistance between ground and the (T750) Starter Relay Control circuit in the PCM harness connector. Is the resistance below 100 Ohms? Yes Repair the short to ground in the (T750) Starter Relay Control circuit. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 12
  12. (T750) STARTER RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN OR EXCESSIVE RESISTANCE Turn the ignition off. Disconnect the PCM C3 harness connector. Measure the resistance of the (T750) Starter Relay Control circuit between the TIPM and the PCM harness connector. Is the resistance above 5 Ohms? Yes Repair the open or excessive resistance in the (T750) Starter Relay Control circuit. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 15
  13. (T750) STARTER RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND Turn the ignition off. Measure the resistance between ground and the (T750) Starter Relay Output circuit. Is the resistance below 100 Ohms? Yes Repair the short to ground in the (T750) Starter Relay Output circuit. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 14
  14. (T750) STARTER RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT OPEN OR EXCESSIVE RESISTANCE Remove the Starter Relay from the TIPM. Measure the resistance of the (T750) Starter Relay Output circuit between the TIPM and the Starter Solenoid harness connector. Is the resistance above 5 Ohms? Yes Repair the open or excessive resistance in the (T750) Starter Relay Output circuit. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Replace the Starter Relay in accordance with the Service Information. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .
  15. POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors between the Starter Relay and PCM. Look for any chafed, pierced, pinched or partially broken wires. Look for broken, bent, pushed out or corroded terminals. Verify that there is good pin to terminal contact in the PCM connectors. Perform any Technical Service Bulletins that may apply. Were any problems found? Yes Repair as necessary. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Replace and program the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to «MODULE, POWERTRAIN CONTROL, REMOVAL»(/chrysler/town-country/v-2010-2016/remont/communication-devices/#electronic-control-modules-service-information) . Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .

  1. INTERMITTENT NO RESPONSE CONDITION NOTE: Verify that the IOD fuse is installed and not open. If the fuse is open, check the circuit for a short to ground. NOTE: The battery must be fully charged and in good condition. An undercharged battery may produce invalid test results. NOTE: The battery cables must be clean and fastened properly. The chassis ground must be clean and fastened properly. NOTE: The scan tool (including the cable) must be operating properly for the results of this test to be valid. NOTE: With the scan tool, check the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) for any active CAN C hardware DTCs, and perform appropriate diagnostic procedure before continuing with this test. Turn the ignition on. With the scan tool, select ECU view. Is the PCM active (communicating) on the BUS? Yes The PCM no response condition is not present at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors for any problems that would result in an intermittent no response condition and perform the NO RESPONSE FROM PCM diagnostic procedure. Refer to «DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING»(/chrysler/town-country/v-2010-2016/remont/communication-devices/#communication-non-dtc-based-diagnostics) . No Go To 2
  2. (K51) ASD RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT OPERATION Turn the ignition off. Remove the Auto Shutdown Relay. Using a 12-volt test light connected to 12 volts, check the (K51) ASD Relay Control circuit at the Auto Shutdown Relay connector. Turn the ignition on. NOTE: The test light should illuminate for approximately three seconds and then turn off, this is considered normal operation. Is the test light illuminated and bright as described above? Yes Go To 9 No Go To 3
  3. (K51) ASD RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE Turn the ignition off. Disconnect the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) harness connectors. Turn the ignition on. Measure the voltage of the (K51) ASD Relay Control circuit at the Auto Shutdown Relay connector. Is there any voltage present? Yes Repair the (K51) ASD Relay Control circuit for a short to voltage. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 4
  4. (K51) ASD RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND Turn the ignition off. Measure the resistance between ground and the (K51) ASD Relay Control circuit at the Auto Shutdown Relay connector. Is the resistance below 100 Ohms? Yes Repair the (K51) ASD Relay Control circuit for a short to ground. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 5
  5. (K51) ASD RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE CAUTION: Do not probe the PCM harness connectors. Probing the PCM harness connectors will damage the PCM terminals, resulting in poor terminal to pin connection. Install the PCM Pinout Box to perform diagnosis. Measure the resistance of the (K51) ASD Relay Control between the Auto Shutdown Relay connector and the appropriate terminal of PCM Pinout Box (special tool #8815A, Kit, NGC, 38 Position). Is the resistance below 5.0 Ohms? Yes Go To 6 No Repair the (K51) ASD Relay Control circuit for an open circuit or high resistance. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .
  6. FUSED B+ CIRCUIT(S) OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE Using a 12-volt test light connected to ground check the Fused B+ circuit(s) at the appropriate terminal of PCM Pinout Box (special tool #8815A, Kit, NGC, 38 Position). NOTE: The test light should be illuminated and bright. Compared the brightness to that of a direct connection to the battery. Is the test light illuminated and bright? Yes Go To 7 No Repair the Fused B+ circuit(s) as necessary. Inspect and replace fuses as necessary. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .
  7. FUSED IGNITION SWITCH OUTPUT CIRCUIT(S) OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE Turn the ignition on. Using a 12-volt test light connected to ground, check the Fused Ignition Switch Output circuit(s) in the appropriate terminal(s) of PCM Pinout Box (special tool #8815A, Kit, NGC, 38 Position). NOTE: The test light should be illuminated and bright. Compared the brightness to that of a direct connection to the battery. Is the test light illuminated and bright? Yes Go To 8 No Repair the Fused Ignition Switch Output circuit(s) as necessary. Inspect and replace fuses as necessary. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .
  8. PCM GROUND CIRCUITS Turn the ignition off. Using a 12-volt test light connected to battery voltage, check the PCM ground circuits in the appropriate terminals of PCM Pinout Box (special tool #8815A, Kit, NGC, 38 Position). NOTE: The test light should be illuminated and bright. Compared the brightness to that of a direct connection to the battery. Is the test light illuminated and bright? Yes Go To 11 No Repair the PCM ground circuit(s) as necessary. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .
  9. (D65) CAN C BUS (+) CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE Turn the ignition off. Disconnect the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) C1 harness connector. Measure the resistance of the (D65) CAN C Bus (+) circuit between the TIPM connector and the appropriate terminal of the PCM Pinout Box (special tool #8815A, Kit, NGC, 38 Position). Is the resistance below 5.0 Ohms? Yes Go To 10 No Repair the (D65) CAN C Bus (+) circuit for an open circuit or high resistance. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .
  10. (D64) CAN C BUS (-) CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE Measure the resistance of the (D64) CAN C Bus (-) circuit between the TIPM and the appropriate terminal of the PCM Pinout Box (special tool #8815A, Kit, NGC, 38 Position). Is the resistance below 5.0 Ohms? Yes Go To 11 No Repair the (D64) CAN C Bus (-) circuit for an open circuit or high resistance. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article .
  11. POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors between the Auto Shutdown Relay and the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Look for any chafed, pierced, pinched, or partially broken wires. Look for broken, bent, pushed out or corroded terminals. Perform any Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) that may apply. Were any problems found? Yes Repair as necessary. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Replace and program the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to «MODULE, POWERTRAIN CONTROL, REMOVAL»(/chrysler/town-country/v-2010-2016/remont/communication-devices/#electronic-control-modules-service-information) . ENGINE CRANKS BUT DOES NOT START

DIAGNOSTIC TEST

  1. UNDERCHARGED BATTERY NOTE: Diagnose any 5 Volt Supply DTCs before continuing NOTE: The battery must be fully charged and in good condition. An undercharged battery may produce invalid test results. Test the battery in accordance with the Service Information. Were any problems found? Yes Charge or replace the battery as necessary and retest. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 2
  2. SYSTEM DTCS PRESENT NOTE: If the battery was low, make sure the battery is properly charged and attempt to start the vehicle. Crank the engine for five seconds, 3 consecutive times. This will allow any DTCs to set that may have been erased due to a dead battery. With the scan tool, select System DTCs to read DTCs in all modules. If any DTCs are present, perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure before continuing with this test. If a no response condition is detected in any module, perform the appropriate NO RESPONSE diagnostic procedure. Refer to «DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING»(/chrysler/town-country/v-2010-2016/remont/communication-devices/#communication-non-dtc-based-diagnostics) . Were any problems found? Yes Perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure and repair as necessary. If any pending DTCs are detected, perform the diagnostic procedure as if the DTC is active. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 3
  3. PCM POWER OR GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE Turn the ignition off. Disconnect the PCM harness connector(s). Using a 12-volt test light, check all PCM power and ground circuits. NOTE: The test light must be illuminated and bright. Compare the brightness to that of a direct connection to the battery. Is the test light illuminated and bright when checking each of the PCM power and ground circuits? Yes Repair the PCM power or ground circuit for an open circuit or high resistance. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 4
  4. OPEN FUSE(S) Inspect all of the fuses in the TIPM. If any open fuses are found, check the related circuit(s) for a short to ground or high resistance. Were any problems found? Yes Repair as necessary. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 5
  5. CHECKING THE FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM NOTE: Verify that the fuel tank is not empty before continuing. Perform the diagnostic procedure for CHECKING THE FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM. Refer to «DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING»(/chrysler/town-country/v-2010-2016/remont/testing-diagnostics/#driveability-gas-non-dtc-based-diagnostics) . Were any problems found? Yes Repair as necessary in accordance with the Service Information. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 6
  6. FUEL CONTAMINATION Check the fuel system for contamination in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to the «FUEL SYSTEM»(/chrysler/town-country/v-2010-2016/remont/fuel-system/#fuel-system) article . Was any evidence of fuel contamination found? Yes Clean and repair the fuel system as necessary in accordance with the Service Information. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 7
  7. CHECKING THE IGNITION COIL OPERATION Perform the diagnostic procedure for CHECKING THE IGNITION COIL OPERATION. Refer to «DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING»(/chrysler/town-country/v-2010-2016/remont/testing-diagnostics/#driveability-gas-non-dtc-based-diagnostics) . Were any problems found? Yes Repair as necessary in accordance with the Service Information. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Go To 8
  8. CHECKING THE ENGINE MECHANICAL SYSTEM Perform the diagnostic procedure for CHECKING THE ENGINE MECHANICAL SYSTEM. Refer to «DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING»(/chrysler/town-country/v-2010-2016/remont/testing-diagnostics/#driveability-gas-non-dtc-based-diagnostics) . Were any problems found? Yes Repair as necessary in accordance with the Service Information. Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to the appropriate Powertrain Control Module Electrical Diagnostic article . No Test complete. Perform any Technical Service Bulletins that may apply.

INTERMITTENT NO START CONDITION

  1. CHECK ALL VEHICLE MODULES FOR DTCS Turn the ignition on. With the scan tool, check for active and stored DTCs. Does the scan tool display any active or stored DTCs? Yes Using the appropriate diagnostic procedures, diagnose and repair all active and stored DTCs. No Go To 2
  2. ATTEMPT TO DUPLICATE NO START CONDITION Attempt to duplicate the no start condition per the customer scenario. Were you able to duplicate the no start condition? Yes Perform the NO CRANK CONDITION diagnostic procedure. Refer to «DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING»(/chrysler/town-country/v-2010-2016/remont/starter/#starting-non-dtc-based-diagnostics) . No No component replacement is necessary at this time. Using the wiring diagrams as a guide, check all vehicle powers, grounds, and related connectors. Check all related splices and connectors for signs of water intrusion, corrosion, pushed out or bent terminals and correct pin tension.

REMOTE START INHIBITORS

The following table below is a list of possible causes for the inoperative Remote Start System. If any of the following conditions exist, the Remote Start System will not work. Use this information as a guide to the diagnosis of the Remote Start System.

  4. BRAKE PRESSED
  5. COOLANT TEMPERATURE HIGH
  6. CRANK NO START

  11. TRUNK/LIFTGATE AJAR

  13. NO HOOD SWITCH (INOPERATIVE)

  15. EXCESSIVE GLOW PLUG TIME (DIESEL ONLY)
  16. FAILED COUNTER REACHED (START)
  17. HAZARD LAMPS (SWITCH PRESSED)
  18. IGNITION IN RUN/START
  19. IGNITION NOT IN LOCK
  20. IGNITION SNA (SIGNAL NOT AVAILABLE FROM OTHER MODULE)

If all of the previous items checked OK, and the remote starting system will not operate, refer to the REMOTE START POOR PERFORMANCE diagnostic procedure. Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .

REMOTE START POOR PERFORMANCE

For a complete wiring diagram, refer to appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article .

THEORY OF OPERATION

The customer may notice that the signal range of the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) system is reduced. The RKE key fob may need to be closer than 3 meters (10 feet) before the functions available on the key fob will operate. This condition may be due to the RKE antenna. The diagnostic flow chart is provide as a diagnostic aid for dealer technician.

  1. LOCK/UNLOCK FUNCTION NOTE: For all RKE tests, the key must be out of the ignition. Does the Lock/Unlock function with the interior door switches? Yes Go To 2 No Perform Power Lock/Unlock System diagnosis.
  2. RKE FUNCTION AT 20 FEET Does the RKE Function at 20 feet? Yes Go To 3 No Go To 4
  3. RKE FUNCTION AT 100 FEET Does the RKE Function at 100 feet? Yes Test complete. No Replace the antenna in accordance with the Service Information.
  4. WCM/WIN/RF-HUB DTCS Does the WCM/WIN/RF-HUB display any DTCs? Yes Perform WCM/WIN/RF-HUB diagnosis. No Go To 5
  5. RKE FUNCTION INSIDE VEHICLE Sit inside the vehicle. Push the Key Fob RKE Lock/Unlock buttons. Does the RKE Lock/Unlock work? Yes Go To 6 No Go To 9
  6. ANTENNA COAX CABLE NOT PROPERLY CONNECTED Pull on the Antenna COAX cable connector at the WCM/WIN/RF-HUB. Did the connector come off without releasing the lock tab (not properly seated)? Yes Connect Antenna. Go To 2 No Go To 7
  7. VERIFY COAX CONNECTION AT WCM/WIN/RF-HUB Pull Antenna connector off WCM/WIN/RF-HUB. Verify no bent pins. Are there any bent pins? Yes Replace antenna. Go To 2 No Go To 8
  8. PINCHED WIRE Inspect the ANTENNA Lead COAX Cable for a pinched wire. Has the COAX cable been pinched or damaged? Yes Replace antenna. Go To 2 No Perform WCM/WIN/RF-HUB diagnostics.
  9. RKE FUNCTION INSIDE VEHICLE Disconnect the Antenna COAX Cable lead connector to WCM/WIN/RF-HUB. Sit inside the vehicle. Push the RKE Key Fob Lock/Unlock buttons. Does the RKE Lock/Unlock work? Yes Replace the antenna. No Go To 10
  10. CHECK FOR 12 VOLTS AT WCM/WIN/RF-HUB Connect the Antenna Lead to WCM/WIN/RF-HUB. Disconnect the WCM/WIN/RF-HUB harness connector. Using the appropriate wiring diagrams, check for Fused B+ at the WCM/WIN/RF-HUB harness connector. Is Fused B+ present? Yes Perform WCM/WIN/RF-HUB diagnostics. No Repair the appropriate circuits.
