REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
Note. For module removal and installation procedures not listed, see appropriate article.
| CAUTION | BCM Brown 24-pin connector C1 contains power and ground sources. When removing BCM, always disconnect connector C1 first before disconnecting connectors C2 and C3. When installing BCM, always reconnect connectors C2 and C3, then connector C1 last. |
Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove right sound insulator below instrument panel. Remove BCM. Disconnect BCM connectors as specified. (Scheme 15) To install, reverse removal procedure, reconnecting connectors as specified. To program BCM, see PROGRAMMING.
