- Ensure throttle is against idle speed stop screw. With ignition on and engine off, enter diagnostics on climate control panel.
- Note throttle angle displayed in diagnostics on ECM parameter P.0.1 TPS. Displayed reading should be -1.0°-1.0°. If reading is incorrect, loosen TPS screws and rotate TPS to achieve a parameter display of -.5°-.5° (.45-.55 volts). Tighten TPS screws securely and recheck adjustment.
