2Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Fastener (Qty: 3) Procedure Release the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module from the I/P tie bar and secure the module at the body. Tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)
3Instrument Panel Tie Bar Assembly Procedures Remove the hood release handle. Note location and routing of the I/P wiring harness prior to removal of the I/P tie bar assembly to ensure proper reinstallation. Disconnect the wiring harness from the I/P tie bar assembly. With the aid of an assistant, remove the I/P tie bar assembly from the vehicle. If replacing the I/P tie bar assembly, transfer all necessary components.
