FUSES IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT

For location (Scheme 1) This holder contains the following fuses

  1. F101 - 100 amp - Integrated supply module.
  2. F102 - 50 amp - Secondary air pump relay.
  3. F103 - 80 amp - Electric fan.
  4. F104 - 100 amp - Integrated supply module.

FUSES IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT

Rear fuse holder is located in luggage compartment. (Scheme 3) For fuse assignments (Scheme 4) Rear fuse holder contains the following

  1. F90 - 200 amp - Rear fuse holder.
  2. F91 - 100 amp - Integrated supply module, valve timing.
  3. F92 - 100 amp - Electric auxiliary heater.

INTEGRATED SUPPLY MODULE (745i & 745Li)

The integrated supply module is located in right rear of engine compartment. (Scheme 5) The integrated supply module contains the following fuses

  1. F001 - 30 amp - Variable valve timing control module, DME control module and fuel injectors 5-8.
  2. F002 - 20 amp - Fuel tank vent valve, bank 2 camshaft sensors and bank 2 VANOS solenoid valves.
  3. F003 - 20 amp - Ignition coils 1-4.
  4. F004 - 20 amp - Ignition coils 5-8.
  5. F005 - 30 amp - Crankshaft sensor, hot-film air mass meter, bank 1 camshaft sensors, characteristic map thermostat, and bank 1 VANOS solenoid valves.
  6. F006 - 20 amp - Fuel injectors 1-4.
  7. F007 - 20 amp - Mechatronics (EGS).
  8. F008 - 30 amp - Oil quality sensor and oxygen sensors.
  9. F009 - 10 amp - Electronic damper control power-saving relay, exhaust flap, E-box fan, fuel tank leakage diagnostic module and secondary air pump relay.
  10. F010 - 40 amp - Relay 2 variable valve timing gear control module.
  11. F011 - 40 amp - Relay 1 variable valve timing gear control module.

INTEGRATED SUPPLY MODULE (760i, 760Li)

The integrated supply module is located in right rear of engine compartment. (Scheme 5) The integrated supply module contains the following fuses

  1. F001 - 30 amp - Variable valve timing gear control module, DME control module, bank 1 fuel injectors control module, return flow shut-off valve, bank 1 high pressure pump with volume control valve, and characteristic map thermostat.
  2. F002 - 20 amp - Bank 1 fuel tank vent valve, crankshaft sensor, bank 1 camshaft sensors, bank 1 hot-film air mass meter, bank 1 VANOS solenoid valves and auxiliary air flap valve.
  3. F003 - 20 amp - Ignition coils 1-6.
  4. F004 - 20 amp - Ignition coils 7-12.
  5. F005 - 30 amp - Engine Control Module II (DME), bank 2 fuel injectors control module, and bank 2 high pressure pump with volume control valve.
  6. F006 - 20 amp - Bank 2 fuel tank vent valve, crankshaft sensor, bank 2 camshaft sensors, bank 2 hot-film air mass meter and bank 2 VANOS solenoid valves.
  7. F007 - 20 amp - Mechatronics (EGS) and Engine Control Modules I and II (DME).
  8. F008 - 30 amp - Oil quality sensor and oxygen sensors.
  9. F009 - 10 amp - Electronic damper control power-saving relay, exhaust flap, pressure damper vent valve, E-box fan, fuel tank leakage diagnostic module and secondary air pump relay.
  10. F010 - 40 amp - Relay 2 variable valve timing gear control module.
  11. F011 - 40 amp - Relay 1 variable valve timing gear control module.
