Note. Different versions of the pulley are installed, depending on compressor construction type and engine version Pulley, removing from compressor and re-installing --> A/C compressor pulley, removing from compressor and re-installing (Version "1") Belt pulley version "1" is installed e.g. on compressor of "7 SEU 16" type.

Scheme 27

1 - Screw

1. Replace
2. Tightening torque 20 Nm
3. Loosening and tightening --> «A/C compressor pulley, removing from compressor and re-installing (Version "1")»(ref-289225-S19563035442008062700000)

2 - Drive plate

1. Different versions
2. Removing and installing --> «A/C compressor pulley, removing from compressor and re-installing (Version "1")»(ref-289225-S19563035442008062700000)
3. Disengages with torque to high (e.g. compressor produces friction)

3 - Circlip

1. Replace
2. Install on proper side (level side to compressor)
3. Removing and installing --> «A/C compressor pulley, removing from compressor and re-installing (Version "1")»(ref-289225-S19563035442008062700000)

4 - Belt pulley

1. Rubber element of pulley disengages when torque is too-high (e.g. compressor produces friction) and pulley runs freely without driving the compressor.
2. Different versions
3. Removing and installing --> «A/C compressor pulley, removing from compressor and re-installing (Version "1")»(ref-289225-S19563035442008062700000)

Note. Under certain conditions (e.g. rough engine idle), rubber element of pulley can disengage without a malfunction existing at compressor or in refrigerant circuit.

5 - Compressor

1. Different versions are installed, depending on engine version and country version of vehicle.
2. Clean compressor flange before sliding on pulley.
