Light Recognition Sensor, Removing and Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

1. Improvised tool

1. Use 0.7 mm thick metal strip to make an improvised tool with the dimensions shown.

Removing

1. Guide offset end of improvised tool - 1 - under side of trim - 2 - as shown.
2. Release trim retainer tabs by pulling improvised tool in direction of arrow.
3. Repeat procedure on opposite side.

Scheme 305

1. Disconnect electrical connector - 1 -.
2. Squeeze fasteners - arrows - and take Light Recognition Sensor G399 - 2 - out of mount.

Installing

Install in reverse order.
