Checking the Gap Adjustment
Note. Check all the dimensions for the height adjustment from the center of the vehicle. The panels to body and to each should not be higher or lower than roof at any point.
Perform height adjustment at front and rear according to illustration to prevent wind noise.
Scheme 1
Adjust the front and rear glass panels 1 according to dimensions -a- and -b-.
Adjust the height of the panel 2 using the washer in the front corner.
Adjust the rear panel 2 according to dimension -c-.
- Dimension -a- = 1 mm ± 0.5 mm.
- Dimension -b- = 0 mm + 0.5 mm
- Dimension -c- = 0.5 mm ± 0.5 mm.
- Dimension -d- = +0.5 mm ± 0.5 mm.
- Dimension -e- = 10 mm ±0.5 mm
- Dimension -f- = 1.5 mm ± 0.5 mm
- Dimension -g- = 1.5 mm ± 0.5 mm
- Dimension -h- = 11 mm ± 0.5 mm.
Adjust the front and rear glass panels 3 to dimensions -c- and -d-.
Adjusting
Loosen screws -1- to -3- several turns.
Scheme 2
After adjusting, tighten the screws is sequence -1, 2 and 3-, refer to item 4 .
Adjust the panels according to the listed dimensions.
Scheme 3
Adjust to dimension -a = 11 mm- on the left and right sides of the roof opening.
