Note. Rubber guide - 3 - is sewn onto upholstery - 4 -. If rubber guide is malfunctioning, the upholstery must be replaced.

1 - Rivets (2x)

2 - Seat ventilation

  1. Removing
  1. Remove seat pan --> «Seat Pan, Removing and Installing»(ref-289222-S08334952372008062700000) .
  2. Remove individual rear seat --> «Individual Rear Seat, Removing and Installing»(ref-289222-S19617088712008062700000) .
  3. Remove connector - 3 -.
  4. Drill out rivets - 1 - (2x).
  1. Remove seat ventilation - 2 -.
  1. Installing
  1. Install seat ventilation - 2 - in reverse order of removal.

  1. Removing
  1. Remove seat pan --> «Seat Pan, Removing and Installing»(ref-289222-S08334952372008062700000) .
  2. Remove individual rear seat --> «Individual Rear Seat, Removing and Installing»(ref-289222-S19617088712008062700000) .
  3. Remove connector - 4 -.
  4. Knock bolt - 1 - out using a hammer.
  1. Remove bolts - 3 - (qty. 4).
  2. Remove the seat angle adjustment motor - 5 -.
  1. Installing
  1. Install the seat angle adjustment motor - 5 - in reverse order of removal.
  2. Secure bolt - 1 - with a spring washer - 2 -.

  1. Removing
  1. Remove seat pan --> «Seat Pan, Removing and Installing»(ref-289222-S08334952372008062700000) .
  2. Remove individual rear seat --> «Individual Rear Seat, Removing and Installing»(ref-289222-S19617088712008062700000) .
  3. Remove connector - 2 -.
  4. Knock bolt - 1 - out using a hammer.
  1. Remove bolts - 4 - (qty. 4).
  2. Remove the seat forward/back adjustment motor - 3 -.
  1. Installing
  1. Install the seat forward/back adjustment motor - 3 - in reverse order of removal.
  2. Secure bolt - 1 - with a spring washer - 5 -.

  1. Removing

  2. Remove individual rear seat --> «Individual Rear Seat, Removing and Installing»(ref-289222-S19617088712008062700000) .
  3. Unclip harness connector - 2 - from backrest frame and disconnect harness connector.
  4. Remove bolts - 1 - (qty. 2).
  1. Remove Upper Backrest Adjustment Motor - 4 -.
  1. Installing
  1. Install Upper Backrest Adjustment Motor - 4 - in reverse order of removal.

  1. Removing
  1. Remove seat pan --> «Seat Pan, Removing and Installing»(ref-289222-S08334952372008062700000) .
  2. Remove individual rear seat --> «Individual Rear Seat, Removing and Installing»(ref-289222-S19617088712008062700000) .
  3. Remove connector - 9 -.
  4. Disengage the release cable - 2 - from the bracket - 3 -.
  1. Pry out spring washer - 5 -.
  2. Disengage Bowden cable - 2 - at hook - 6 -.
  3. Disengage top retainer - 1 - (2x) from backrest frame - 10 -.
  4. Disengage bottom retainer - 7 - (2x) from backrest frame - 10 -.
  1. Remove the lumbar support forward/back adjustment motor - 8 - with four-way lumbar support - 4 -.
  1. Installing
  1. Install the lumbar support forward/back adjustment motor - 8 - in reverse order of removal.

  3. Remove connector - 5 -.
  4. Disengage the release cable - 1 - from the bracket - 2 -.
  1. Pry out spring washer - 6 -.
  2. Disengage Bowden cable - 1 - at hook - 7 -.
  3. Remove screw - 8 -.
  4. Remove Lumbar Support Height Adjustment Motor - 4 -.
  1. Installing
  1. Install Lumbar Support Height Adjustment Motor - 4 - in reverse order of removal.
