Removing

Remove the left instrument panel vent air guide channel. Refer to Removal and Installation .
Remove the bolts -1- and -3- and remove the mounting bracket -2- downward.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following
The mounting bracket can only be positioned properly when the central tube is installed.
First install the steering column with the mounting bracket on the central tube and then tighten the mounting bracket bolts -1- and -3- on the mount on the window cross-member.
