BEARING BUSHING FOR TORQUE CONVERTER

Note. Ensure completed engine or crankshaft has bearing bushing installed. The bushings must be installed before installing the driveplate. (Схема №72)

Removal and installation procedure not provided by manufacturer. To gain access to bearing bushing, see DRIVE PLATE (A/T) .

(1) Replace all self-locking nuts after removal. (2) Always use NEW bolts. For connecting rods, oil threads and contact areas. (3) Hand tighten main bearing cap bolts before final tightening to specified torque. (4) Two turns of 90 degrees are allowed. (5) Oil pan requires special tightening sequence. See OIL PAN(A4 & A6) for replacement procedure. (6) For more information on oil pump tightening torques (Схема №88)- (Схема №90).
