(1) Belt tension is automatically adjusted by belt tensioner. (2) Use SP-10 Oil (G 052 154 A2) on Zexel compressor. Use SP-10 Oil (G 052 300 A2) on Nippondenso compressor. (3) Condensers used are interchangeable, requiring different quantities of refrigerant. see scheme 1to identify condenser manufacturer. (4) Measure at 77°F (25°C). (5) High-side pressure increases from base pressure (engine off) to a maximum of 350 psi (24.6 kg/cm 2 ).

(1) Rotate adjusting bolt clockwise using 18 ft. lbs. (25 N.m) torque and tighten tensioner bolts. (2) High pressure switch, high-pressure cut-out switch, and low-pressure switch may be removed without discharging A/C system.
