Note. Use fender covers to avoid damaging painted surfaces. To avoid damaging the wires and terminals, unplug the wiring connectors carefully while holding the connector portion. Mark all wiring and hoses to avoid misconnection. Also, be sure that they do not contact other wiring, hoses, or interfere with other parts.

- Disconnect the support struts from both sides of the pivot ball (bolted to the hood). Secure the hood in a vertical position. Install the left side pivot ball into the lower threaded hole. NOTE: Do not attempt to close the hood with the support strut in the vertical position, as it will damage the support strut and hood.
- Relieve the fuel pressure (see «FUEL PRESSURE RELIEVING»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/fuel-system/#fuel-supply-system__fuel-pressure-relieving) ).
- Drain the power steering system fluid, then plug the fluid reservoir and the return hose (see «FLUID CHECK/REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/manual-power-steering/#hydraulic-power-steering-components__fluid-checkreplacement) ).
- Remove the bulkhead cover (see «FRONT BULKHEAD COVER REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exteriorinterior-trim/#exterior-trim__front-bulkhead-cover-replacement) ).
- Do the battery removal procedure (see «RECONNECTION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/body-electrical/#battery__reconnection) ).
- Remove the engine cover.
- Disconnect the breather pipe (A), then remove the intake air duct (B).
- Remove the air cleaner (see «AIR CLEANER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/mechanical/#intake-air-system) ).
- Disconnect the positive alternator cable (A) from the main under-hood fuse box.
- Remove the main under-hood fuse box (A), then remove the harness clamp (B).
- Remove the harness clamps (A), then remove the battery base (B).
- Remove the shift cable (see «SHIFT CABLE REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/automatic-trans/#automatic-transmission) ).
- Remove the quick-connect fitting cover (A), then disconnect the fuel feed hose (B) (see «FUEL LINE/QUICK-CONNECT FITTING REMOVAL»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/fuel-system/#fuel-supply-system__fuel-linequick-connect-fitting-removal) ).
- Disconnect the brake booster vacuum hose (A), and EVAP canister hose (B).
- Disconnect the EVAP canister purge valve connector (C).
- Remove the steering joint cover, then disconnect the steering joint from the steering gearbox pinion shaft (see step 8 under «STEERING GEARBOX REMOVAL»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/manual-power-steering/#hydraulic-power-steering-components__steering-gearbox-removal) ). NOTE: Hold the steering wheel in the steering wheel holder tool.
- Remove the coolant reservoir from the bracket.
- Remove the PCM cover (see «HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT CIRCUITS AT THE PCM CONNECTORS»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/testing-diagnostics/#fuel-and-emissions-systems__how-to-troubleshoot-circuits-at-the) ).
- Disconnect the PCM connectors (see «HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT CIRCUITS AT THE PCM CONNECTORS»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/testing-diagnostics/#fuel-and-emissions-systems__how-to-troubleshoot-circuits-at-the) ).
- Remove the drive belt (see «DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/charging-system/#charging-system__drive-belt-replacement) ).
- Disconnect the power steering pump inlet hose (A) and power steering pump outlet hose (B) from the power steering pump, then plug the power steering hoses and power steering pump.
- Remove the power steering hose bracket (C) from the rear cylinder head cover.
- Wait until the engine is cool, then carefully remove the radiator cap.
- Raise the vehicle on the lift.
- Remove the front wheels.
- Remove the splash shield (see «SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exterior-body-panels/#fenderwell__splash-shield-replacement) ) and the front undercover (see «FRONT UNDERCOVER REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exterior-body-panels/#fenderwell__front-undercover-replacement) ).
- Loosen the drain plug in the radiator, and drain the engine coolant (see «COOLANT CHECK»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/cooling-fan/#engine-cooling-system) ).
- Drain the engine oil (see «OIL PRESSURE TEST»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/lubrication-system/#engine-lubrication__oil-pressure-test) ).
- Drain the ATF (see «ATF REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/automatic-trans/#automatic-transmission__atf-replacement) ).
- Remove the front subframe stiffener.
- Remove exhaust pipe A.
- Separate the stabilizer links from the dampers (see «BUSHING REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/suspension-front/#front-suspension) ).
- Separate the tie-rod end ball joints from the knuckles (see step 4 under «KNUCKLE/HUB BEARING UNIT REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/suspension-front/#front-suspension) ).
- Separate the knuckles from the lower arms (see step 7 under «KNUCKLE/HUB BEARING UNIT REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/suspension-front/#front-suspension) ).
- Remove the driveshafts (see «DRIVESHAFT INSPECTION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/axle-shafts/#drivelineaxle__driveshaft-inspection) ). Coat all precision-finished surfaces with new engine oil. Tie plastic bags over the driveshaft ends.
- Remove the propeller shaft (see «PROPELLER SHAFT REMOVAL»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/axle-shafts/#drivelineaxle) ).
- Remove the transfer assembly (see «TRANSFER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/automatic-trans/#automatic-transmission) ).
- Disconnect the power steering hose (A), then plug the line and hose.
- Disconnect the power steering pressure switch connector (A).
- Lower the vehicle on the lift.
- Disconnect the A/C compressor clutch connector (A), then remove the A/C compressor (B) without disconnecting the A/C hoses. Do not bend the A/C hoses excessively. NOTE: Hang the A/C compressor with a wire tie.
- Disconnect the heater hoses (A).
- Disconnect the upper radiator hose (A) and the lower radiator hose (B).
- Disconnect the ATF cooler hoses (A) from the transmission, then plug the ATF cooler hoses and lines.
- Remove the radiator (see «RADIATOR AND FAN REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/cooling-fan/#engine-cooling-system__radiator-and-fan-replacement) ).
- Remove the connector bracket (A) from the front cylinder head; use the bracket bolt hole to attach the engine balance bar front arm.
- Remove the engine mount control solenoid valve bracket (A) from the rear cylinder head; use the bracket bolt hole to attach the engine hanger balance bar rear arm.
- Remove the service caps (A) for the front damper flange nuts from the cowl cover (B). Position the engine hanger adapter set (VSB02C000031) with the FRONT mark facing forward over the damper flange nuts.
- Install the engine hanger balance bar (VSB02C000019). Attach the front arm (A) to the front cylinder head with a several spacer (B) and a 10 x 1.25 mm bolt (C) attach the rear arm (D) to the rear cylinder head with an 8 x 1.25 mm bolt (E).
- Install the engine support hanger (AAR-T1256) onto the vehicle as shown, and attach the hook to the slotted hole in the engine hanger balance bar. Tighten the wing nut (F) by hand, and lift and support the engine/transmission. NOTE: Be careful when working around the windshield. Be careful not to damage the hood opener cable when installing the engine support hanger at the front bulkhead. AAR-T1256 two sets required for stacking two cross section bars.
- Raise the vehicle on the lift.
- Disconnect the front engine mount control solenoid valve tube (A), then remove the front engine mount bolts (B).
- With active damper system/With headlight leveling system left side: Disconnect the front suspension stroke sensor connectors (A) and remove the harness clamps (B) on both sides.
- Remove the lower transmission mount mounting bolts (A) and the ground cable (B).
- Remove the rear engine mount base mounting bolts (A).
- Loosen the four bolts (A) holding the adjustable arms (B) of the front subframe adapter (EQS02BMDXSBO) to its center plate.
- Line up the slots on the subframe adapter arms with the bolt holes on the jack base, then securely attach them with four bolts (A).
- Raise the transmission jack to vehicle height, then attach the front subframe adapter to the front subframe using the subframe stiffener mounting bolts (B) and bolt holes.
- Remove the six 12 x 1.25 mm bolts (A) securing the subframe stiffeners (B), the four subframe mounting bolts (C), and the stiffeners, then lower the front subframe (D).
- Lower the vehicle on the lift.
- Attach a chain hoist (A) to the engine hanger (B) and the transmission hanger (C), then lift the engine/transmission until it is securely supported by the chain hoist, and remove the engine support hanger, the engine hanger balance bar, and the hanger adapter set.
- Remove the mounting bolts (A) from the upper half of the side engine mount bracket.
- Check that the engine/transmission is completely free of the vacuum hoses, the fuel hoses, the coolant hoses, and the electrical wiring.
- Slowly lower the engine/transmission about 150 mm (6 in). Check once again that all the hoses and the electrical wiring are disconnected and free from the engine/transmission, then lower it all the way and support it.
- Disconnect the chain hoist from the engine/transmission.
- Raise the vehicle, and remove the engine/transmission from under the vehicle.
Engine Installation

- Install the engine mount bracket and accessory brackets, and tighten their bolts to the specified torque.
- Position the engine/transmission under the vehicle. Be sure that they are properly aligned. Carefully lower the vehicle until the engine/transmission are properly positioned in the engine compartment. Make sure the vehicle is not resting on any part of the engine/transmission. Support the engine/transmission with a chain hoist (A), and carefully raise the engine/transmission into place. NOTE: Reinstall the mounting bolts/support nuts in the sequence given in the following steps. Failure to follow this sequence may cause excessive noise and vibration, and reduce engine mount life.
- Remove the service caps (A) for the front damper flange nuts from the cowl cover (B). Position the engine hanger adapter set (VSB02C000031) with the FRONT mark facing forward over the damper flange nuts.
- Install the engine hanger balance bar (VSB02C000019). Attach the front arm (A) to the front cylinder head with a several spacer (B) and a 10x1.25 mm bolt (C), attach the rear arm (D) to the rear cylinder head with an 8 x 1.25 mm bolt (E).
- Install the engine support hanger (AAR-T1256) onto the vehicle as shown, and attach the hook to the slotted hole in the engine hanger balance bar. Tighten the wing nut (F) by hand, and lift and support the engine/transmission. NOTE: Be careful when working around the windshield. Be careful not to damage the hood opener cable when installing the engine support hanger at the front bulkhead. AAR-T1256 two sets required for stacking two cross section bars.
- Install the new side engine mount bracket mounting bolts (A) into the upper half of the side engine mount bracket. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
- Remove the chain hoist, then raise the vehicle on the lift.
- Using the subframe adapter (EQS02BMDXSB0) and a transmission jack, raise the front subframe up to the body.
- Loosely install the new front subframe mounting bolts (four) (A), the 12 x 1.25 mm bolts (four) (B), new bolts (two) (C), and the stiffeners (D).
- Align the front subframe with the subframe alignment pin (see «FRONT SUBFRAME ALIGNMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exterior-body-panels/#frame) ).
- Remove the transmission jack and the front subframe adapter.
- Tighten the lower transmission mount mounting bolts (A) and the ground cable (B).
- Tighten the rear engine mount base mounting bolts (A).
- Tighten the new front engine mount bolts (A), then connect the front engine mount control solenoid valve hose (B).
- Lower the vehicle on the lift.
- Loosen the mounting bolts (A) for the upper half of the side engine mount bracket, then retighten them to the specified torque.
- Remove the engine support hanger and the engine hanger balance bar, and the engine hanger adapter set, then install the service caps to the cowl cover.
- Install the A/C compressor (A), then connect the A/C compressor clutch connector (B).
- Install the radiator (see «RADIATOR AND FAN REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/cooling-fan/#engine-cooling-system__radiator-and-fan-replacement) ).
- Raise the vehicle on the lift.
- Connect the power steering hose (A).
- Connect the power steering pressure switch connector.
- Install the transfer assembly (see «TRANSFER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/automatic-trans/#automatic-transmission) ).
- Install the propeller shaft (see «PROPELLER SHAFT INSTALLATION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/axle-shafts/#drivelineaxle) ).
- Wipe the driveshaft clean. Install a new set ring on the end of each driveshaft, then install the driveshafts (see «INTERMEDIATE SHAFT REMOVAL»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/axle-shafts/#drivelineaxle) ). Make sure each ring "clicks" into place in the differential and intermediate shaft.
- Connect the suspension lower arms to the knuckles (see step 9 under «LOWER ARM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/suspension-front/#front-suspension__lower-arm-removalinstallation) ).
- Connect the tie-rod end ball joints to the knuckles (see step 29 under «STEERING GEARBOX INSTALLATION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/manual-power-steering/#hydraulic-power-steering-components__steering-gearbox-installation) ).
- Connect the stabilizer links to the dampers (see «BUSHING REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/suspension-front/#front-suspension) ).
- Install exhaust pipe A using new gaskets (B) and new self-locking nuts (C).
- With active damper system/With headlight leveling system left side: Connect the front suspension stroke sensor connectors (A), then install the harness clamps (B).
- Install the front subframe stiffener using new bolts.
- Install the splash shield (see «SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exterior-body-panels/#fenderwell__splash-shield-replacement) ) and the front undercover (see «FRONT UNDERCOVER REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exterior-body-panels/#fenderwell__front-undercover-replacement) ).
- Install the front wheels.
- Lower the vehicle on the lift.
- Connect the upper radiator hose (A) and the lower radiator hose (B).
- Connect the heater hoses (A).
- Install the ATF cooler hoses (A) to the transmission, and secure the hoses with the clamps. NOTE: Check the installation location of the clamps (see «ATF COOLER HOSE REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/automatic-trans/#automatic-transmission) ).
- Install the connector bracket (A) to the front cylinder head.
- Install the engine mount control solenoid valve bracket (A) to the rear cylinder head.
- Connect the power steering pump outlet hose (A) with a new O-ring (B), and connect the power steering pump inlet hose (C).
- Install the power steering hose clamp (D) to the rear cylinder head cover.
- Install the drive belt (see «DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/charging-system/#charging-system__drive-belt-replacement) ).
- Connect the PCM connectors (see «PCM REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/testing-diagnostics/#pgm-fi-system__pcm-replacement) ).
- Install the PCM cover (see «PCM REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/testing-diagnostics/#pgm-fi-system__pcm-replacement) ).
- Install the coolant reservoir to the bracket.
- Remove the steering wheel holder tool, then connect the steering joint onto the steering gearbox pinion shaft (see step 37 under «STEERING GEARBOX INSTALLATION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/manual-power-steering/#hydraulic-power-steering-components__steering-gearbox-installation) ).
- Install the steering joint cover (see step 41 under «STEERING GEARBOX INSTALLATION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/manual-power-steering/#hydraulic-power-steering-components__steering-gearbox-installation) ).
- Connect the brake booster vacuum hose (A), the EVAP canister hose (B).
- Connect the EVAP canister purge valve connector (C).
- Connect the fuel feed hose (A), then install the quick-connect fitting cover (B) (see «FUEL LINE/QUICK-CONNECT FITTING INSTALLATION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/fuel-system/#fuel-supply-system__fuel-linequick-connect-fitting-installation) ).
- Install the shift cable (see «SHIFT CABLE REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/automatic-trans/#automatic-transmission) ).
- Install the battery base (A), then install the harness clamps (B).
- Install the harness clamp (A), then install the main under-hood fuse box (B).
- Connect the positive alternator cable (A) to the main under-hood fuse box.
- Install the air cleaner (see «AIR CLEANER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/mechanical/#intake-air-system) ).
- Install the intake air duct (A), then install the breather pipe (B).
- Install the engine cover.
- Install the bulkhead cover (see «FRONT BULKHEAD COVER REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exteriorinterior-trim/#exterior-trim__front-bulkhead-cover-replacement) ).
- Install the service caps on the cowl cover.
- Do the battery installation procedure (see «RECONNECTION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/body-electrical/#battery__reconnection) ).
- Refill the engine with engine oil (see step 4 «ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/lubrication-system/#engine-lubrication) ).
- Refill the transmission with ATF (see «ATF REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/automatic-trans/#automatic-transmission__atf-replacement) ).
- Install the return hose to the power steering fluid reservoir. Refill the power steering system fluid (see «FLUID CHECK/REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/manual-power-steering/#hydraulic-power-steering-components__fluid-checkreplacement) ).
- Move the shift lever to each gear, and verify that the A/T gear position indicator follows the transmission range switch.
- Inspect for fuel leaks. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II) (do not operate the starter) so the fuel pump runs for about 2 seconds and pressurizes the fuel line. Repeat this operation three times, then check for fuel leaks at any point in the fuel line.
- Refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed air from the cooling system with the heater valve open (see step 9 under «RADIATOR FAN HIGH SPEED CIRCUIT TROUBLESHOOTING»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/cooling-fan/#fan-controls) ).
- Check for fluid leaks.
- Do the PCM reset procedure (see «HDS CLEAR COMMAND»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/testing-diagnostics/#fuel-and-emissions-systems__hds-clear-command) ).
- Do the PCM idle learn procedure (see «PCM IDLE LEARN PROCEDURE»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/testing-diagnostics/#idle-control-system__pcm-idle-learn-procedure) ).
- Do the CKP pattern clear/CKP pattern learn procedure (see «HDS CLEAR COMMAND»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/testing-diagnostics/#fuel-and-emissions-systems__hds-clear-command) ).
- Inspect the idle speed (see «IDLE SPEED INSPECTION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/testing-diagnostics/#idle-control-system__idle-speed-inspection) ).
- Inspect the ignition timing (see «IGNITION TIMING INSPECTION»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/ignition-system/#ignition-system) ).
- Check the wheel alignment (see «WHEEL ALIGNMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/wheel-alignment/#front-and-rear-suspension-inspection__wheel-alignment) ).
- With headlight leveling system: Do the headlight initial position learning procedure (see «HEADLIGHT INITIAL POSITION LEARNING PROCEDURE»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exterior-lights/#headlight-leveling-system__headlight-initial-position-learning-procedure) ).
- With ACC system: Aim the millimeter wave radar (see «MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR AIMING»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/cruise-control-systems/#adaptive-cruise-control-acc) ).

- Remove the auxiliary under-hood fuse/relay box (A) from the mounting bracket (B), then remove the bolt (C).
- Remove the bracket (A), free the front receiver line (B) from the clip (C) and remove the A/C suction line mounting bracket bolt (D).
- Remove the PCM cover (E), then disconnect the PCM connectors (F).
- Remove the engine wire harness connector (A) and the harness clamp (B) from the PCM bracket (C).
- Remove the PCM with the bracket, then remove the harness bracket (D).
- Remove the coolant reservoir from the bracket.
- Lift and support the engine with a jack and a wood block under the oil pan.
- Remove the ground cable bracket (A), then remove the upper half of the side engine mount bracket (B).
- Remove the side engine mount (A).

- Install the side engine mount (A).
- Loosely install the upper half of the side engine mount bracket (A).
- Install the ground cable bracket (B).
- Remove the jack and the wood block.
- Tighten the mounting bolts in the numbered sequence shown.
- Install the coolant reservoir to the bracket.
- Install the harness bracket (A), then install the PCM with the bracket (B).
- Install the engine wire harness connector (C) and the harness clamp (D) to the PCM bracket.
- Connect the PCM connectors (A), then install the PCM cover (B).
- Install the A/C suction line mounting bracket bolt (C), front receiver line (D) to the clip (E), and install the bracket (F).
- Install the bolt (A), then install the auxiliary under-hood fuse/relay box (B) to the mounting bracket (C).

- Remove the engine cover (see step 6 under «Engine Removal»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/mechanical/#engine-assembly__engine-removal) ).
- Remove the radiator and fan shroud (see «RADIATOR AND FAN REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/cooling-fan/#engine-cooling-system__radiator-and-fan-replacement) ).
- Remove the front engine mount stop (A), then remove the front engine mount bolt (B).
- Remove the front engine mount mounting bolts (A).
- Lift and support the engine with a jack and a wood block under the engine/transmission.
- Remove the front engine mount (B), then disconnect the vacuum hose (C).

- Connect the vacuum hose (A), then align the front engine mount (B) with its mounting holes and tighten the new front engine mount mounting bolts (C).
- Remove the jack and the wood block.
- Tighten the new front engine mount bolt (A), then install the front engine mount stop (B) using new nuts.
- Install the radiator and fan shroud (see «RADIATOR AND FAN REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/cooling-fan/#engine-cooling-system__radiator-and-fan-replacement) ).
- Install the engine cover (see step 57 under «Engine Installation»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/mechanical/#engine-assembly__engine-installation) ).
- Remove the splash shield (see «SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exterior-body-panels/#fenderwell__splash-shield-replacement) ) and the front undercover (see «FRONT UNDERCOVER REPLACEMENT»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exterior-body-panels/#fenderwell__front-undercover-replacement) ).

- Remove the rear engine mount stop (A), then remove the rear engine mount bolt (B).
- Raise the vehicle on the lift.
- Remove the rear warm up TWC (see «REAR (BANK 1)»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exhaust/#catalytic-converter-system__rear-bank-1) ).
- Remove the power steering line bracket (A), then remove the rear engine mount base mounting bolts (B).
- Lift and support the engine with a jack and a wood block under the engine/transmission.
- Remove the rear engine mount (C) with the rear engine mount base (D).
- Remove the rear engine mount from the rear engine mount base.

- Install the rear engine mount (A) to the rear engine mount base (B).
- Align the rear engine mount base with its mounting holes and tighten the rear engine mount base mounting bolts (C) and new mounting bolts (D), then install the power steering line bracket (E).
- Remove the jack and the wood block.
- Install the rear warm up TWC (see «REAR (BANK 1)»(/acura/mdx/ii-2010-2013/remont/exhaust/#catalytic-converter-system__rear-bank-1) ).
- Lower the vehicle on the lift.
- Tighten the new rear engine mount bolt (A), then install the rear engine mount stop (B) using new nuts.
