Installing The Backrest Padding

1. Check the rubber and spring inside
2. Position the padding
3. Hook the springs into place according to the instructions.

With heater panel

1. Install the heater pad according to «Heater pad backrest, replacing»(ref-461597-S41847448422012040200000)
2. Route and secure the cable
3. Connect the connectors.

Installing the seat backrest

1. Position the backrest on the frame. Finger tighten the 4 screws
2. Tighten the screws. Tighten to: 48 Nm
3. Insert the SRS ignition cable. Tighten it as above
4. Install the upholstery.

Installing the side panel on the seat

Adjustable seats

1. Press the panel into place above the adjustment handle
2. Secure the panel using the screws
3. Position the knobs. Secure the knobs with the screws.

Non-adjustable seats

1. Hook the panel into place at the front
2. Position the screw on the reverse. Tighten the screw.

Installing armrests (if applicable)

Scheme 105

1. Clean the mating surface
2. Install the armrest. Secure the armrest with the retaining clip (A).

Installing head restraints

Note. Head restraints must be properly secured to the seat. Check by pulling the head restraint.

Installing seats

Reinstall the seat in the car. See Replace the complete front seat (-1999) or Front seat, replacing (2000-).
