Head Unit/audio Module - Replacing Volvo S60 I facelift

Fault-tracing information

Before continuing fault-tracing the following must be checked

  1. All tests for the relevant symptom must have been carried out.
  2. No component, connector or wiring faults should have been detected.

Have all tests been carried out and no faults detected?

  1. YES Refer to «Replacing component»(/volvo/s60/i-facelift-2004-2009/remont/entertainment-systems/#head-unitaudio-module-replacing__replacing-component)
  2. NO FAULT NOT FOUND: Troubleshooting has been completed.

Replacing component

Try a new head unit/audio module.

CAUTIONNew head unit/audio control modules are supplied without software. The head unit/audio control module must be programmed after it has been replaced.
