Removing

  1. Remove heating and A/C controls --> «Heating and A/C controls, removing and installing»(ref-255355-S39739210152007053000000)
  2. Remove instrument panel --> «70 - INTERIOR TRIM»(ref-255354-S40858316772007053000000)
  3. Remove footwell air outlet.
  4. Disconnect cable for central flap or temperature flap on heating and A/C unit.

1 - Central flap cable, sleeve marking: Black

2 - Temperature flap cable, sleeve marking: Red

3 - When attaching inner cable not press end of wire - arrow - against lever.
