1. Adjust slide - 2 - of guide piece - 1 - so that a cap of 2 mm is created between headlight - 4 - and upper edge of guide piece - 1 -.

1. Remove radiator grille: --> «Radiator grille, assembly overview 10.00»(ref-255352-S15419909122007053000000)
2. Remove upper bolts - 2 -.
3. Remove quick-release screw - 6 - from below.
4. Remove bolts - 5 - and - 4 - (pointing upward) in area of wheel housing liner.

1. With a second mechanic, pull cover parallel out of guides.
2. Disconnect harness connectors of installed electrical components and hoses.

Installation is reverse of removal.

1. Make sure gaps are parallel and gap dimensions

Note. Headlight lens must lie at bottom on protective profile and bumper cover. Loosening bolts for headlight and adjusting: --> 94 - LIGHTS, SWITCHES - EXTERIOR

3 - Ventilation grid

1. Consists of three parts and is clipped to cover.

4 - Spoiler

1. Clipped in cover.
2. Does not need to be removed when removing cover.
