Communication: Overview Volkswagen Golf Mk7

Communication Devices 7 illustrations ~1525 words

The communications systems in the Golf basically include the radio or the radio navigation system, telephone system, antenna system, speaker systems, the USB connection, the iPod connection, the Multimedia control module, the connection for other external audio sources, the CD changer and the sound system amplifier.

Some vehicle equipment are options, that is, not all systems are installed in each vehicle.

Note. Familiarity with the function and operation of the communication systems is essential when addressing customer complaints. For additional information, refer to the Owner's Manuals. When performing service work or fault finding, use Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the function Guided Fault Finding and appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS information.
