General Information

Comfort System Central Control Module -J393- performs the following tasks in the vehicle

  1. Sunroof control (issues enabling)
  2. Window regulator control (issues enabling)
  3. Central locking system control
  4. Anti-theft warning system control
  5. Radio receiver
  6. Rear lid closing
  7. Comfort operation

Some of the functions listed above can be adapted. Refer to COMFORT SYSTEM CENTRAL CONTROL MODULE COMPONENTS, ADAPTING .

DTC Recognition and Display

The comfort system central control module is equipped with OBD.

For troubleshooting, use Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051B in operating mode "Guided Fault Finding".
