Removal & Installation
Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove air cleaner intake hose. Disconnect starter connector and remove intake manifold support. Remove starter wires and remove starter. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten starter mounting bolts to 29 ft. lbs. (39 N.m). Tighten intake manifold support to 13 ft. lbs. (18 N.m).
