HINT: Use a string that is longer than the antenna assembly (with holder). Remove the bolt and the with holder antenna assembly. NOTE: Leave the string inside the pillar for the installation of a new antenna.

1. INSTALL WITH HOLDER ANTENNA ASSEMBLY Tie the string inside the pillar to the new antenna assembly (with holder). Using the string, fit the antenna assembly (with holder) into the pillar. Connect the connector and install the 3 clamps. Install the antenna ornament with the nut. Install the with holder antenna assembly with the bolt.

Release the tab of the steering pad switch cable from the steering pad switch LH (Scheme 114) Disengage the 2 claws and open the latch on the top of the connector (Scheme 115) Pull out the connector while pinching the latch with fingers and disconnect the steering pad switch cable from the steering pad switch LH.

1. INSTALL STEERING PAD SWITCH LH Install the steering pad switch cable onto the steering pad switch LH while holding the connector cover. Hold the connector cover down to engage the 2 claws (Scheme 118) Install the tab of the steering pad switch cable onto the steering pad switch LH (Scheme 119) Engage the 2 pins and install the steering pad switch LH. Install the screw. Connect the connector.
