Charging System - Generators & Regulators: Removal & Installation Toyota Sequoia I

INSTALLATION

1. Install generator: Install the generator with the bolt and nut. (Схема №13) Torque: 39 N.m (400 kgf.cm, 29 ft.lbf). Connect the generator connector. Connect the generator wire with the nut and rubber. Install the cap. Install the generator wire clamp to the cord clip on the generator.
2. Install PS vane pump pulley.
3. Install generator drive belt. Install the belt by turning the belt tensioner counterclockwise. (Схема №12)
4. Perform on-vehicle inspection. See «On-vehicle inspection»(ref-170107-S30829563532004123000000).
5. Install No. 2 fan shroud. Install the No. 2 fan shroud with the 2 clips.
6. Install engine under cover.
