BATTERY CAPACITY CHECK
Open transmitter and remove batteries. Connect 2 new 1.5-volt dry-cell batteries in series. (Scheme 53) Connect battery positive terminal to battery receptacle side terminal and battery negative terminal to bottom terminal in order to provide 3 volts to transmitter. Attempt to operate door lock by remote control. If door locks operate, replace batteries. If door locks do not operate, replace transmitter and reprogram. See REMOTE TRANSMITTER under PROGRAMMING.
