INSTALL RELIEF VALVE

Insert the relief valve and spring into the pump body hole, and install the plug.

Torque: 25 N.m (255 kgf.cm, 18 ft.lbf)

1. INSTALL OIL PUMP Place the drive and driven rotors into timing chain cover with the marks facing the oil pump cover side. (Scheme 15): Identifying Drive And Driven Rotor Installation Marks Install the oil pump cover to the timing chain cover with the 2 bolts and 3 screws. (Scheme 16): Installing Oil Pump Cover Torque: Bolt 8.8 N.m (90 kgf.cm, 78 in..lbf) Screw 10.3 N.m (105 kgf.cm, 8 ft.lbf)
2. INSTALL TIMING CHAIN COVER (See «INSTALLATION»(ref-182296-S19210172432005080800000) )
3. FILL WITH ENGINE OIL
4. CHECK FOR LEAKS
