CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS

The following items can be customized.

Note. When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized. Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing. When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.

  1. POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM MAIN BODY Tester Display Default Content Setting Unlock Key Twice ON Function that unlocks only driver door when driver door key cylinder is turned to UNLOCK once, and unlocks all doors when it is turned to UNLOCK twice. For OFF setting, turning it once unlocks all doors. ON / OFF Auto Lock/Shift ON Function that locks all doors when shift lever is moved to P from any other position with engine running and all doors closed. ON / OFF Auto Unlock/Shift ON Function that unlocks all doors when shift lever is moved to P from any other position while the ignition switch is ON. ON / OFF All Unlock/Open-Close OFF Function that unlocks all doors when opening driver door within 10 seconds after turning the ignition switch to ON. ON / OFF
  2. WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM WIRELESS DOOR LOCK Display (Item) Default Content Setting Wireless Control ON ON/OFF of wireless door lock function. ON/OFF Hazard Answer Back ON When LOCK switch on transmitter is pressed, all hazard warning lights illuminate once. When UNLOCK switch is pressed, all hazard warning lights illuminate twice. ON/OFF Wireless Buzzer Resp ON Function that makes wireless buzzer sound for answer-back when transmitter LOCK/UNLOCK switch is pressed ON/OFF Open Door Warning ON If door is not completely closed and transmitter LOCK switch is pressed, this function sounds a buzzer for 10 seconds. ON/OFF Auto Lock Time 60s This function controls amount of time from unlocking doors to automatic re-locking function. 30s/60s/120s Unlock 2 Operation ON Function that unlocks driver door when unlock switch on transmitter is pressed once, and unlocks all doors when pressed twice. If setting is OFF, pressing unlock switch once makes all doors unlock. ON/OFF Panic Function ON This function operates the theft deterrent system when PANIC is pressed and held for 0.8 seconds or more. ON/OFF Wireless Auto Lock ON Function to control automatic relocking of doors after unlocking with wireless door lock function. ON/OFF
  3. THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM SECURITY Tester Display Default Content Setting Passive Mode OFF Passive Mode is a function that switches the theft deterrent system from the arming preparation state to the armed state 30 seconds after the key is removed from the key cylinder and all doors, engine hood and luggage compartment door are closed, even if the doors are not locked by wireless or door key lock operation. In Passive Mode, if the following operations are not performed within 14 seconds after a door is opened during armed state, the theft deterrent system will judge that condition as a theft and switch to the alarm sounding state. Unlock any door by key or wireless operation Turn the ignition switch to ON Open the luggage compartment door by key or wireless operation ON / OFF Warning by Glass Sen ON Function that turns the glass breakage sensor on/off this function is only effective for vehicles with glass breakage sensor. ON / OFF Entry Delay Time 14 s Function that changes entry delay time (time before warning starts) for Passive Mode. 0 s / 14 s / 30 s

LIGHTING SYSTEM ILLUMINATED ENTRY Tester Display Default Content Setting Lighting Time 15 s Changes the lighting time of the personal light*1, center room light and rear room light after closing all of the doors. (It will quickly fade out in case of turning the ignition switch to ON) 7.5 s / 15 s / 30 s I/L when ACC OFF ON Lights up the personal*1, center room light and rear room light when the ignition switch is turned from ACC or ON to off. ON / OFF I/L ON W/Door Key Unlock*2 ON Lights up the personal light*1, center room light and rear room light when the doors are unlocked using mechanical key or door control transmitter.
