Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Relay Control

See TRANSMISSION CONTROL under MISCELLANEOUS CONTROLS.

TCC relay controls TCC solenoid valve operation using signals from various engine sensors. TCC relay will only turn on when the following conditions are met

1. Engine Running
2. Engine Coolant Temperature Greater Than 140°F (60°C)
3. Throttle Valve Opening Between 6.4 and 62.5 Degrees
4. Brake Not Applied (Brake Switch Off)
5. Vehicle Speed Greater Than 47 MPH
