To install cylinder head, reverse removal procedure. Use NEW head and manifold gaskets. Tighten cylinder head bolts to specification in 3 steps using proper sequence. (Scheme 5) See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS. Adjust valve clearance (except Swift). See VALVE CLEARANCE ADJUSTMENT under ADJUSTMENTS.
