SERVICE INTERVALS

Replace transmission fluid at first 7500 miles. Check fluid level every 7.5 months or 7500 miles. Replace fluid every 30,000 miles or 30 months under normal driving conditions. Under severe service driving conditions, replace fluids every 15,000 miles or 15 months.

CHANGING FLUID

1. Before changing or inspecting oil, be sure to stop engine and lift vehicle horizontally.
2. With vehicle lifted up, check oil level and leakage. If leakage exists, correct or repair it.
3. Drain old oil and fill with a recommended oil by specified amount (up to level hole). (Scheme 2)for 4-cylinder models, (Scheme 3) for 2.5L models or (Scheme 4) for 2.7L models. 4. Tighten drain and level/filler plug to the specification. See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-162062-S32253317352004051200000). Apply sealant to thread of drain plug before installation.
